Whistleblowing Channel
Purpose
The Whistleblowing Channel of the Foundation Amigos de Rimkieta (FAR) allows all stakeholders involved in our activities (employees, volunteers, donors, suppliers, beneficiaries, etc.) to report any potential irregular or unlawful conduct within FAR.
This Whistleblowing Channel will not process reports related to irregular conduct by other entities, regardless of their relationship with the Foundation Amigos de Rimkieta. In such cases, reports must be submitted through the corresponding entity’s own reporting channels.
It will also not process suggestions, comments, or inquiries regarding the activities of the Foundation Amigos de Rimkieta. For these matters, FAR has enabled the following email address: rimkieta@amigosderimkieta.org.
What can be reported?
- Fraud or misappropriation of funds.
- Workplace harassment or inappropriate conduct.
- Violations of internal policies.
- Any other conduct that compromises the mission, values, and guiding principles of the Foundation Amigos de Rimkieta.
How does it work?

2. Confidentiality
- Your identity will be protected. If you prefer, you may submit your report anonymously.
- Your personal data will not be shared without your explicit consent.
3. Handling of the report
The report will be received and managed by Ms. Eva Morcillo, a volunteer member of FAR’s Project Monitoring and Control Team, who will investigate the matter objectively and fairly.
4. Follow-up
We will review reports received within a maximum period of 10 business day. We work to ensure respectful treatment, confidentiality, and the protection of all parties involved at all times.
You will be kept informed about the progress of the investigation.
